Initial Design & Consultation

To get started, simply reach out to us via phone, or email. Our dedicated team will respond within 2-3 business days.

Once we connect, we’ll introduce ourselves and ask a few important questions about your pool build. These questions help us understand your unique needs and requirements. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend having your house plans on hand (if available), measuring your side access (a minimum width of 900mm is required), and completing a "Before You Dig" search.

The BYDA service provides essential information about underground utilities at your site, helping you avoid contacting individual utility companies. This preparation ensures we can offer the best advice and move your project forward quickly!

Meet Us

For existing homes, we’ll arrange an in-person appointment with our team. During the visit, we’ll tour your backyard, carefully listen to your ideas and vision, and assess any potential challenges like infrastructure, ground conditions, boundaries, compliance, and access limitations.

Concept to Cannonball

Once we’ve gathered all the details, we begin crafting a custom design that reflects your vision and ideas. It is exciting getting a new pool in your property, so we want to ensure its perfect.

This plan includes precise measurements and takes into account every detail—from the pool layout and surrounding area to landscaping and any extra features you have in mind, like slides or fire pits.

Our process with concept to cannonball ensures we can bring your pool to plan while addressing any challenges that might arise along the way.

We’ll also go over key elements like filtration systems, tile selections, fencing, and your choice between mineral or fresh water, giving you all the information you need to make confident decisions.

Quote Timeline

Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a comprehensive quote for your pool project via email, followed by a confirmation text to ensure it’s reached you. This is your opportunity to carefully review the proposal, ask any questions, and request further clarification if needed.
